Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre is owned and operated by BCP Council.
Each year, we collect feedback from our visitors. This helps us to understand who is coming to Hengistbury Head, to help us apply for funding and to manage the site.

Reports and surveys
Hengistbury Head is a hugely diverse area, containing sensitive and significant archaeology, geology and wildlife. Below you will find reports that have been created by Rangers, student placements and third parties, summarising the key findings of specific areas of interest. From many years of butterfly surveys to the monitoring of the rare natterjack toad – you will find detailed information on how the nature reserve is being managed and what is benefitting.
