The 'big guy'
Our stone age man stands eight feet high and heralds the entrance to Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre. Have you spotted him?
For a £1 donation, he'll tell you stories from his era. The Parks Foundation (registered charity no. 1159939) will collect your donation (by cash or by card). The money will go towards supporting other projects we do at Hengistbury Head.
This outdoor contactless collection unit is one of the first of its kind in the area. The trial forms part of a wider national project, which you can read more about on the Parks Foundation website.
