Join us for a unique educational experience, guided by volunteers from our Iron Age Village, as we delve into the fascinating world of Archaeology. In this immersive workshop, participants will engage in the meticulous excavation of pots, flints, and bones, employing essential techniques to identify various artefacts and piece together the enigmatic story of the people that lived here 2,000 years ago.

The £7 tickets are for a family, this being 2 Adults and 2-3 Children, and is for one 1x1m excavation plot per group. If you require more than one plot please purchase additional tickets. Suitable for children aged 5 - 10.

All materials and tools will be provided. The activity will take place in outside sandboxes, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear, and remember to bring sunscreen, water and hats.
