Hengistbury Head Visitors Centre - Opportunity to tender

Dear Trader,

We’re getting in touch to let you know about a new tender opportunity that may be of interest to you.

BCP Council is inviting submissions from experienced street food and hospitality traders for the operation of a café concession at the Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre Courtyard.

The concession will be based from the Council-owned airstream trailer and will play an important role in supporting the Visitor Centre’s commercial offer. The site attracts more than one million visitors each year and is a nationally significant location for wildlife, archaeology and geology. We’re looking for a trader who can work closely with the Countryside Team to deliver a high‑quality food and drink offer that reflects the setting and visitor profile.

The available pitch is shown in Appendix 1 of the tender pack and is located at: Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve Off the Broadway Road Southbourne, Bournemouth BH6 4EW

Please note: the proposed starting date for the concession is subject to change and will not commence before September 2026.

If you would like to apply, please review the attached tender documents carefully and submit your written response by Sunday 7th June 2026 at 14:00.
